“I have had some work done over the years by Rein Electric and have been impressed enough to actually write a review. If you are looking for a professional who will be on time, communicate clearly, complete the work exactly as you desire, and provide a level of service rarely found these days, I highly recommend Rein Electric. They were extremely professional and courteous. Prices are reasonable and service is top-notch. I had a problem with a GFI outlet and whoever I talked to on the phone (I believe it was Anthony) gave me several suggestions to try to fix it before having to send someone out. Then it turned out to be a fairly simple fix, it took maybe 10 minutes or so, and I was not charged. And I would have paid as it was my own stupidity.
I also had a somewhat special project, installing a "Smart Panel" for a battery backup system. I believe it is a pretty rare type of project but the electrician, Paul, went above and beyond getting it installed. He had to deal with the battery backup company frequently to troubleshoot the problem (which turned out to be a bad "Smart Panel", so it was the backup battery company's fault).
I would highly recommend Rein Electric to others. They are super responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable!!”
