We called Mikus to diagnose a problem with our generator. They scheduled us within one day. The technician arrived on time as promised and was able to resolve the issue quickly. He also performed the annual maintenance on the generator. We will continue to use Mikus for our annual generator maintenance and have also referred them to our neighbor as well!

Mikus Electric did a great job for us when our generator needed servicing, both routine and to diagnose some operation issues. Requesting service thru website was easy and got a prompt response. Generator is now clean, tuned, and has updated programming. We also got some advice on how to keep it in good shape going forward. Highly recommend this business.
