“Stop looking! These guys are amazing. The details and care they go through to care for your house goes well beyond other companies. Trust me, I know. I've rented carpet cleaning machines through a hardware store I worked for and lived next to a guy who owned his own carpet cleaning company. I know quality when I see it. This is a small company that cares, not a franchise surviving on up sales. The knowledge of carpet is not going to be found on some crew sent out to clean and get out. I learned alot about the various carpets in my home. They even told me an area rug we have wasn't worth having cleaned. Who does that? I'd say they they lost money but we have neighbors already interested in hiring Carpet Wiser after seeing and hearing about out great experience. Enough of my babbling, call them. “We had some standing water from a failed sump pump in our basement. We called and they were able to send someone out quickly to evaluate and get us a quote. Our insurance denied the claim and we ended up handling the clean up ourselves however Brendan still followed up with us to make sure we were doing ok and make sure we didn’t need anything. “Things typically go wrong on a holiday. I made a quick call to Roto-rooter when our water heater was spewing water in our basement. Azzy was quick to find that the overflow valve was shot. He had to rod out the drain near the heater before he could drain the tank and replace to bad valve. All was done in good time and he kept us informed in the process. He left the area clean. We also got an estimate for damage mitigation as the original flood left us with some wet baseboards. The staff was very helpful. Will call again when we need help!“
