I recently had a pipe burst in my wall, Restoration 1 was recommended and quickly arrived same day. The Operations Manager Josh reviewed the process with me, and I was instantly more at ease, knowing my family was in good hands. The crew (Brenden, Austin & Trevor) worked tirelessly to get things cleaned up and dried out. I cannot even begin to express how happy I am with the service we received. From the initial encounter to the last step, every moment was perfect. We had a massive water leak and Carrie initially calmed and assured me that everything would be okay. The technicians (Brendan, Josh and more) that came were extremely professional and extra careful not to damage any of our property. The remediation process was handled with care so we could continue to live in our home despite mold growing in the water damaged area. Josh with restoration 1 came out quickly to do an inspection of what I believed to be mold in my attic. After josh came out, he had his specialist come do testing. My suspicion was right and am glad I called restoration 1 to resolve this issue for me as their team was upfront, trustworthy and on time. Will use again if ever needed.
