“I had some problems with an unexplained injury to my eye last month which resulted in a moderate loss of vision. They were able to see me right away and Dr. Benjamin spent a great deal of time with me. Without going into a long story, he was able to diagnose and treat my injured eye. He (and I) could only speculate on how the injury happened, but he did tell me what to watch for, what to do to prevent it from happening again and what to do if it DID happen again. He was very friendly to both my husband and myself. The staff and tech people were beyond nice. The only one I didn't interact with was the lady filling the glasses prescriptions.“

“I officially made my dream come true of getting LASIK on 2/7/24 at the TLC Laser Eye Center in Westchester location in IL with Dr. Louis Probst and his team. I have had headache every time I would wear my glasses since middle school and each time I wore it I would hate it. I wanted to get LASIK as soon as my eye vision stabilized and there was not much changes. I was nervous going in but the staff at TLC explained everything thoroughly and broke it all down for me. I was recommend by my two friends and they had great experience here. The day of surgery I met Dr. Probst and he further examined my eyes and reviewed the examination done prior that his staff did for me the first day of consultation and explained to me more about the procedure. He made sure i was comfortable and didn’t have lingering questions or concerns before we did the surgery. The surgery was literally 10min tops, 5 min each eyes. I didn’t feel any pain with the help of the numbing drops. I follow Dr. Probst instructions during the procedure and it felt fast but steady and I only felt pressure no pain. Afterwards, he had me read the clock in the surgery room and I was surprised I could read it clearly. The after care was not bad with doing the eye drops. My eyes were a bit sore the first 24hrs after surgery. I just slept most of the day. A little bit of stinging and dryness were the most issue I had but they went away with the eye drops and in a few months the dryness resolved. At times at night I have a glare but it also resolved too. Overall, I had a great experience with the LASIK surgery with Dr. Probst and his team. Thank you for making the experience great and helping me see clearer and have better vision truly!!“

“Was looking for a new Optometrist after dissatisfaction with a previous provider. I am happy to be able to say that Dr. Rina Sheth and the rest of the staff at Naper Grove Vision Care did not disappoint. Dr. Sheth was very pleasant and thorough throughout my examination. The optician I then worked with, as well as the reception staff were equally pleasant. As it happens, I had the opportunity to also visit their Naperville location because there were some differences in the frames offered between the two locations. Same friendly reception and helpful service by the optician there.

My reason for the visit was that I had previously had poor satisfaction with the progressive lenses that I got from my prior provider. I don't know if it had been the prescription or if the prior optician had made a mistake but the glasses were next to useless for reading, so I needed to use a separate set of readers for close work.

The glasses I got from Naper Grove actually WORKED for me. I was able to stop using my readers altogether and now have a single set of glasses that works well for all my needs, thanks to Dr Sheth and the Naper Grove staff. I highly recommend this team.“

“Thorough eye exam, and both the eye doctor and his staff explained what equipment was being used and why it was needed. Good selections of frames although I am not an optometrist or an ophthalmologist, but a psychiatrist I trade, I have some knowledge of ocular processing and of structure of the eye and visual processing. Doctor appeared very well, educated and very well-versed in his field, being able to answer all the questions I asked him. His office is very well decorated and pleasant to be in. His office hours are fantastic as most medical staff have very limited office hours these days which I do not know why medical staff do this. I did call his office for a follow up question after my visit, and the message was taken by staff but as of yet 12 hours later, I have not gotten to return call. I’m hoping he calls me in the morning. Dr. Morrison has become my regular optometrist for as long as I need one. He is quite patient focused .“

“I appreciated the professionalism of the entire staff from receptionist, to doctor, to the technician who fitted me and ordered my glasses. My only concern is that because I didn't have insurance coverage, I had to select a cheaper frame than what I am accustomed to having. The final price was higher than any glasses, with the same accessories, I have ever purchased. In the future I will be forced to shop around and not just accept the offer through my doctor's office.
