Don Lorenc Construction Services
“I can't say enough wonderful things about Donald and his team. They entirely rebuilt our attic (in an 1895 historic district Evanston home), turning it into a wonderful guest suite with a play/tv room, a guest bedroom, and a new bathroom. They were reliable, courteous, responsible, thorough, considerate, and finished on time. Our neighbors were all surprised to see that Donald and his team came to work every day--there were no delays and Donald had perfectly coordinated all the different subcontractors so there was no gap in timing. Moreover, he was very responsive to questions, replying by text or phone immediately. Donald is also a pleasure personally to work with. I would hire him and his team again in an instant.”
