“We recently moved & discovered our toilet tank was cracked and needed to be replaced. We contacted Michael R. Sherlock Plumbing--WOW!! From the initial call, I knew we'd chosen the right plumber. He was professional, explained differences in toilets, made good suggestions & gave me a "ballpark" quote. He said he'd call before coming by the following afternoon.Mike called the next morning, and was able to drop by earlier than expected. He inspected the problem and quoted a very fair price. Then he removed the old toilet & installed a new and oh-so-much-better one. [He actually discovered a flaw in the replacement toilet, and had to drive some distance to get another; the job was completed in good time, even with the extra trip.] Moreover, he cleaned the entire work area before he left! “The whole experience start to finish of having a radon mitigation system by Midwest Radon Services was overall a very positive one. The two technicians, Carlton and Dave, arrived as scheduled and on time on the day of installation. They were very easy to work with and answered any questions or concerns I had. My home is over 90 yrs old so some things were an obstacle like the electrical and wiring for the system outside. But Carlton made an incredible clean electrical install where there were no unsightly wires or cables running outside and inside the house. They even repaired a light fixture for me which was a nice and much appreciated surprise. They took their time to answer any and all questions I had as well as fully explained how the system works after work was completed.
