I had a completely positive experience. My waiting time was very reasonable—about 30 to 45 minutes. I was well taken care of, thoroughly evaluated, properly diagnosed, and prescribed the necessary medication. The staff was attentive and professional throughout the visit. I’m very satisfied with the care I received and would definitely recommend this place.
I had a positive experience. On a Sunday morning I took my toddler son. We waited about 5-10 min for registration which was very quick and the front staff was very kind.

After waiting without any calls, I contacted Northwestern Immediate Care in Huntley and asked the receptionist to discuss my test results. She transferred me to a nurse who didn't answer, leaving me on hold for 20 minutes. I called back and was transferred again to a nurse who struggled to understand me and told me to keep waiting for my results. I explained that I had received a call about a prescription for a cream, but I was unsure why since I hadn't received my test results.
