You aren't greeted by a human; you sign in on a large computer screen when you walk in. Off the bat, that's off-putting. Especially when there's two employees sitting behind a glass barrier in back of the computer screen. They're only there if you have questions and to put your ID band on. Speaking of these employees, they're immature and unprofessional. Both times when I was there recently, they were talking loudly (enough for me to hear while seated in the waiting room) about silly personal stuff, like their hair.

The positive aspect are the techs that are doing the imaging services. All of them have been friendly, kind and professional.

Was nervous to get my MRI here having read some of the reviews. However, I had the smoothest and very positive experience from start to finish. Once I arrived, I used the kiosk to enter my information; didn’t even sit down and I was called to get my wrist band. Next I was called back to the dressing room to get ready for my MRI. Had the most lovely lady and had a very enjoyable conversation pre MRI. Throughout the MRI I was kept informed of how long was left and music was played. Excellent facility and very efficient. Thank you.

This is for the customer service on the phone only.

I looked up the center website today and did not find any indication there was a separate number to call for Central Scheduling.
Your rep first answered the phone so mumbled I couldn't understand, did not introduce themselves and was audibly annoyed when reading off the number I should call.

I thanked the rep, stated it was not listed on the website and apologized for being an inconvenience and then hung up on.

If this is the type of customer service you are prided on, may I suggest clearly putting the central scheduling number up at the top of your website? THANKS.
