The entire staff (Linda, Maria, and others) and Dr. Patel were all fantastic. They were efficient, professional, and compassionate. We did not have to wait at all. The office was clean. The staff was friendly. I am so glad they were able to help us so quickly. The office visit notes were excellent with all the details we had given them (you could tell they were really listening) and they provided clear next steps for care. Once the culture came back 2 days later, Dr. Patel called as promised and we went over the information and he explained everything in a clear and patient way. It was definitely a 5 star visit. First time here, everyone I dealt with was very nice, professional, and caring. Alexis took her time with me, asked a lot of questions and was thorough in her exam. She gave me an accurate, intelligent diagnosis, and gave me options on a recovery plan. Encouraged me to come back if my symptoms remained or got worse. I highly recommend this facility and Alexis. I usually go to Cvs. First time I’ve ever walked in. They always tell me it won’t be a problem, but it was a problem and they sent me to you guys saying I may be able to get in faster. When I walked in there were four people sitting there and I thought oh boy I’m not gonna get in. First time patient , was greeted by a very nice girl I had to fill out some info which was easy.
