“I received Kin Care Home Care as a referral from the senior leaving home my relative lives in. He's blind and can sometimes be a little uncooperative. They came in and were very helpful. We set up a cleaning plan that made him feel safe, comfortable, and inclusive. He ask so many questions and they are always very patient and answer even the most basic ones making him feel"heard". His apartment now looks and smells so much better and we now feel he can live a little more independently as a result of their attention to detail, care and concern. “USA Homecare took great care of my Dad. He and his caregiver really liked each other. She did everything he needed. They are patient with billing and know the complexities of dealing with long term care insurance. Chris gets involved personally if needed and had the integrity to return my parents unused deposit that I didn't even know they had. They fulfilled a desperate need just the way you would want it done over a period of years. I recommend them highly!“
