USA Homecare took great care of my Dad. He and his caregiver really liked each other. She did everything he needed. They are patient with billing and know the complexities of dealing with long term care insurance. Chris gets involved personally if needed and had the integrity to return my parents unused deposit that I didn't even know they had. They fulfilled a desperate need just the way you would want it done over a period of years. I recommend them highly!

The staff at USA Home Care Plus will get things done for you. They have been a great help for my elderly mother who suffers from dementia. Chris and Shereen always figure out the best solutions for my mom's care. Although we had a few staff changes due to their schedules, etc. The caretaker we have now is amazing, she takes initiative and always goes above and beyond for my mom. Communication is great, everyone is helpful and responsive. I highly recommend USA Home Care Plus. Thank you!!
