Most project managers have little interaction with you, but the project manager for DHC was attentive and meet all of my requests.Their PTO policy is generous by giving you your pto at the beginning of the year instead of the end of the year. They are patient with billing and know the complexities of dealing with long term care insurance. Chris gets involved personally if needed and had the integrity to return my parents unused deposit that I didn't even know they had.
