You can tell that they respect & love dogs. We drive over an hour to get there during rush hour. To us it's worth it. Plus it's reasonably prized. We plan on continuing attending for the next set of classes. We are grateful for the instructors sharing their knowledge & information. We highly recommend this place!“

“High praise for this Pets Hotel. First, the good, these are dog people! They love the animals like they are their own even if they are only staying one day. I always get extra perks and love receiving the photos of my dog receiving private story time. Also, one play session, my dog had a seizure and I sincerely appreciated the care and attention the staff showed our dog and us. They are trustworthy and good! My one critique is that sometimes PetSmart fills the hotel to capacity and when they are heavily busy or understaffed, my dog has not received the perks I scheduled. But I’m not charged when that happens, just a little disappointed that my dog didn’t have a premium experience. But all in all, I feel confident taking my dog here and I am happy that this service is available.“
