“Thorough eye exam, and both the eye doctor and his staff explained what equipment was being used and why it was needed. Good selections of frames although I am not an optometrist or an ophthalmologist, but a psychiatrist I trade, I have some knowledge of ocular processing and of structure of the eye and visual processing. Doctor appeared very well, educated and very well-versed in his field, being able to answer all the questions I asked him. His office is very well decorated and pleasant to be in. His office hours are fantastic as most medical staff have very limited office hours these days which I do not know why medical staff do this. I did call his office for a follow up question after my visit, and the message was taken by staff but as of yet 12 hours later, I have not gotten to return call. I’m hoping he calls me in the morning. Dr. Morrison has become my regular optometrist for as long as I need one. He is quite patient focused .“

“Edited to 5/5 stars for Dr. Zintak and her assistant. They were phenomenal with my child for the kindergarten eye exam. Found out kiddo needed glasses, she was nervous, we were trying to be super positive about it. My issue is when Dr. Zintak walked up front to tell the staff we needed glasses, the lady working the front desk made a comment along the lines of "ohhhh it's just so sad when they have to get glasses so young, I hate that" back to the doctor, about 5 feet in front of us. I'm sorry, but you work at an eye doctors office, I think you should know to keep those comments to yourself. Not only did it make me sad, but when we got in the car my kid asked why the lady helping us hates kids with glasses. Not exactly a great start to the new life of wearing glasses. So in reference to the Pearle employees, 0/5 and they'd be the reason we may need to find a new eye doc for next year.“

“We have had very pleasant experiences at Insight Family Vision Care. The ladies are very welcoming when you first walk in. They also assist you with picking out your new specs and are very patient. The doctors are very particular and knowledgeable. Dr. Alles in particular has been proven to be a wealth of knowledge. I now have my entire family being served by Insight Family Vision Care. I love their family setting which is far from a factory setting at other Vison facilities. I would recommend to family, friends, and strangers. Please do not change any aspect of your quality of service.“

“I appreciated the professionalism of the entire staff from receptionist, to doctor, to the technician who fitted me and ordered my glasses. My only concern is that because I didn't have insurance coverage, I had to select a cheaper frame than what I am accustomed to having. The final price was higher than any glasses, with the same accessories, I have ever purchased. In the future I will be forced to shop around and not just accept the offer through my doctor's office. However, I was impressed that glasses were ready earlier than I was promised and everything was perfect. Good job but too pricey for my retiree income.“

“Muhammad helped my mom find the best glasses and he was very attentive to her needs. My mom requires a lot of specificity for her glasses and he was very patient with us during the entire process. My husband has seen Dr.Qureshi before and we were able to book a quick appointment with her as it was a sudden accident that occurred requiring a swift intervention. During that whole experience the team was very kind, understanding, and helpful. I enjoyed that they have answers to all of our questions.“

“I originally had a bad experience with the new owners of Forzley and wrote a negative review but took it down today.
The other day I had an issue when going for my annual physical and had a problem reading the eye chart with my new glasses.
I contacted Forzley eye clinic and explained my problem.
They immediately told me to come back in to have my prescription and eyes rechecked.
I did so the next day and they found a discrepancy in my prescription compared to my eye sight.
I was expecting a charge for new lenses but without any hesitation they said they would correct the prescription with no charge even being a few months out of warranty.
This being said i have to say im very happy with their customer service.
It seems they are really trying to work with the Lemont community who dearly cared for Dr Forzley’s quality of customer service and optics.
I give it to them for that and want to say thank you to the very polite and professional optometrist and optical crew.“
