Good vibes, everyone is friendly even though I was the first appointment. Professional staff and knowledgeable assisting with choice of frames and lens. Doctor was pleasant and clearly told me how my eyes were. Been coming to the Orland Park location for more than 20 years.
I came in as a walk in, due to unusual blurred vision, and they were able to get me in right away. Everyone is so kind and goes above and beyond in the office, from the front desk, to the doctor, and then the ladies that helped me post exam pick out my glasses. They keep me coming back!
I’ve been coming here for all my life since I was in elementary school at a different location and 4 years in Orland Park. No matter where I go or which location amazing employees always laughing and smiling. Lupe helped me with purchase process and always a great time around her. Thank you Lupe!
