“Shay was great. She helped me with pricing on new lenses. Unfortunately, I had to go elsewhere because of price (I have a high perscription), but that is not Shay's fault, or any of the other employees. Shay was pleasant, kind, and answered all of my questions without pressuring me to buy. An older woman employee was also there who was actually not very nice to either of the other two ladies that were working, Shay was one of the other two ladies. The older woman somewhat snapped at both of the other employees when they asked her questions at separate times. You may not like or get along with your coworkers, but be respectful, especially in front of customers. I will say that the older woman was pleasant to the customer she was helping. Rated a 4 because Shay was so great, but the price ultimately forced me to go elsewhere.“

“I went for a consultation last year for cataracts. I was impressed by the quality of the exam. My cataracts weren't that bad Dr. Farley told me, and gave me a new prescription for glasses. I went back this year for a follow up. My eyes were dilated and examined. I was told by Dr. Farley my cataracts hadn't gotten any worse and my prescription hadn't changed. But the young lady doing the prescription part of the exam only had me read the eye chart. I was disappointed and dissatisfied with the eye exam. I have always had a more extensive exam for my prescription.“

“The office is very clean and welcoming. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful, you can tell they enjoy working there! I went in for an eye exam and to update my glasses prescription and walked out having ordered a beautiful pair of glasses. I had a great experience and would absolutely go back!“
