Ty was absolutely incredible. As soon as I walked in, she had a smile on her face, even though I came 5 minutes before closing. She inspected my glasses thoroughly, fixed them, cleaned them, and made sure all the other screws on them were good without me even asking. I would go back again. Truly wonderful customer service.
The initial experince was rocky but I have to say that working with Ti was amazing. I hope i am spelling her name right. She stepped in and took care of ordering my contacts with professionlism and a sense of urgency. She would be the reason i would order from Target Optical again.
