“This 5-star review goes specifically to Kristyn and Lynda. When I first walked in, there were multiple women in the salon area who just stared at me and continued gossiping, which felt incredibly unprofessional. Lynda was the only person who actually greeted me warmly and got me seated since I arrived early for my appointment.

My hair appointment was with Kristyn, and she was amazing! She was extremely welcoming, explained every single step of the process, and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. She has such a great vibe.

However, while my color was processing, I witnessed some really upsetting behavior from other staff. One stylist didn’t fully finish her clients hair, left the building, and passed the client off to another stylist who wasn't even getting paid for that work. It was so unfair to both the client and the coworker.

It really seems like Lynda and Kristyn are constantly picking up the slack for unprofessional coworkers while trying to manage their own clients. They are incredible at what they do and deserve all the credit, but the rest of the salon needs a major reality check on professionalism.“

“I cannot recommend Sandy Delaney enough. She’s is truly amazing and incredibly skilled at what she does. She is very good at translating pretty broad requirements - like the color and cut - into specific details that feels like it’s custom done for the client for the skin tone and the hair type she’s working with. I was new to the area and was pretty concerned about finding the right hair stylist and I have found mine. Highly highly recommend Sandy!“

“I just moved to the area recently from out of state and was so nervous to find a new salon and stylist after 12 years with the same hair stylist. I booked an appointment with Mane Lab because they had really good reviews online. I definitely wasn’t disappointed! The salon is small, comfy, cute, and welcoming. Vibes are immaculate. My stylist was Jocelyn and she was so fun, friendly, and attentive to my hair history. She got my balayage and cut on point even though I was a new client and nervous about my hair. I love my hair so much and will definitely be back! 10/10.“

“Teisha cut and styled my hair. She did a wonderful job and was so nice and patient with me. I was very shy to come in because my hair had been shedding since I had my baby…. And it just overwhelmed me and felt it was a lost cause. She reassured me it will be okay and honestly that was just so kind and sincere. A lot of places are after money and not really trying to help you fix your hair. Every single person in this salon treated me with kindness and comfort. They truly go the extra mile. I have been cutting my hair with Liz for a few times now and just want to say she's a great stylist who gave me exactly the cut I requested from a picture I showed her on Pinterest. She is always happy, and makes you feel welcomed, we aIso have great conversations! I highly recommend this place, everyone needs to find their special stylist and this salon has plenty to choose from.

I wanted to wait to review this salon after a few visits. My mom and I wanted to find a new salon, so after reading the reviews, we decided to give it a try. First visit, was a good experience. My mom requested a hair cut and color, which was provided by Marilu. As for myself just a trim and thinning out some volume nothing crazy and was done by Alma. Second visit, we requested the same services but a different stylist helped us, which was Elia. Not a good experience at all, she dyed my mom's hair the wrong color and had to attempt to correct it again and that also was the wrong color. She never asked my mom to choose a shade from the color catalogue to begin with, she chose a color herself. She never apologized either. As, for my hair cut she gave me, after cutting and thinning out my hair she didn't even clean me off with a brush or hair dryer my shirt was covered in hair and I had to attempt to do it myself in the trash can they have there. My hair started falling out more than usual after a cut, it felt like I didn't even get a hair cut. After that experience my mom didn't want to return at all, but I convinced her to see Alma the stylist that cut my hair on the first visit. She decided to let me dye her hair at home and we just got hair cuts from Alma. So, we went to see Alma the other day and it was a great experience, my mom was very happy with the results. It's a good salon , with great affordable prices.I'm glad we were able to find a great stylist like Alma.“
