“I was a little late for my appointment, but didn't have to wait very long. The young lady who greeted me, asked me what I was there for, when I told her an updo, she asked to look at it, and admitted that she was not the greatest at them, so it would be best to wait for one of her colleagues. The woman who did my hair was amazing, as you can see. I unfortunately didn't get her name. The updo I showed her was a general idea as my hair is pretty fine. She made it look full and beautiful. Also the original young lady wound up waxing my eyebrows before I left, not only did they look great, I think the best someone has ever done, she has the gentlest hand, no pain. I highly recommend this place. I do not get my hair done or cut often, but this is the place I go to.“

“I went to Mary's because it showed up as near the restaurant I wanted to get take-out from. They let me know I could come as a walk-in in just half an hour. They were able to deal with super long hair--NOT an easy task!--and were generous and kind with the time they spent on my massive head of hair. EVERYONE was so kind--the lady who washed and deep-conditioned my hair, the lady who comed it out, and Mary, who cut it--AND it was such a nice experience to be in a space OWNED by a woman AND occupied all by women.Thank you, Mary and your staff. My hair is SO soft and feels SO healthy, and as much as I hoped to trim less from it, Mary and her co-workers were right that, to be healthy, it needed a LITTLE more trimmed off. The prices were excellent, my experience was excellent, and my outcome was excellent.
