This 5-star review goes specifically to Kristyn and Lynda. When I first walked in, there were multiple women in the salon area who just stared at me and continued gossiping, which felt incredibly unprofessional. Lynda was the only person who actually greeted me warmly and got me seated since I arrived early for my appointment.
My hair appointment was with Kristyn, and she was amazing! She was extremely welcoming, explained every single step of the process, and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. She has such a great vibe.

Jacqueline from tart was AMAZING! She helped me find everything I needed and was SO SUPER SWEET and VERY helpful!! She even did my makeup and I loved every single bit of it! She told me everything she was putting on my face before doing it and made sure that everything she used on me was clean by spraying disinfectant and then wiping it! My makeup came out perfect! And she talked to me the whole time! She truly is amazing and from the bad experience that I had at Sephora I will now always choose Ulta Beauty!!
I visited Ulta Beauty today for a shampoo and Maria helped me so much! She is the sweetest girl! Instead of just pointing where the product was she actually walked me there and talked about all of the benefits and down sides of the product. She stood with me for almost an hour helping me! I was nervous to walk in because I didn’t have such a pleasant interaction the last time I was at this location but Maria definitely changed my Point Of View on things! She definitely deserves a raise! She is phenomenal with the way she works! Very customer orientated and making sure that I get the best Bang for my Buck! I will be asking for Maria the next time I come back !
