Brian answered after business hours, came the very next morning to assess our basement, and scheduled to install a radon mitigation system the following week. I am very happy with Bdry Solutions and their work. Matt and his crew did a great job fixing a spot in my basement and putting in a sump pump. They were on time, very courteous and cleaned up the work area after they were done. I highly recommend Bdry Solutions.
We recently had Sam the Concrete Man remove and replace our degraded aggregate resurfaced driveway. Elijah was very helpful in getting this project done for us in a timely manner. They took care of a few extra things we needed like bringing our sidewalk back up to proper level after it had sunk due to water issues. They also laid a couple pipes under our sidewalk for the downspout and lighting wires. Our project was not without a couple issues though. They offered 0% financing, but it didn’t work exactly as advertised. The "financing" was actually though credit cards that offered the 0% as a promotional rate. The first credit card didn’t give us the full amount because of some glitch. The second credit card did, but it didn't arrive in time. So, we had to split the payment, and now we have two accounts to deal with. The other issue was that there were two places where the sections didn't line up quite right, and there was a scratch on the surface. We wondered why, when they pulled the forms, they didn’t see these imperfections and fix them before everything hardened. They did seem to be rushing to get our project done in one day. The financing issue was not their fault, so overall I think we would recommend Sam the Concrete Man. Just make sure you do your own inspections along the way.
Korte Luitjohan recently completed an extensive structural repair here at Holy Family Church in Cahokia. From the conceptual bid process through completion we were so pleased with the communication of what was needed and all the work as completed including new concrete entry with ADA ramp and railing. Their sub contractor used for masonry work on the project was just as professional and did excellent work. We would recommend Korte Luitjohan for any construction needs.

Lori and Tim were great to work with. They were especially helpful in helping us navigate through the trials and tribulations of the insurance company and was there with us from 12 hours after the storm through the lengthy insurance process and all the way through the last nail. If there wasn’t something quite right they made sure to address timely and professionally.
