The BEST tech support in the area! Can even sell new laptops or desktop computers at very competitive prices. They are terrific at both commercial and residential wireless networking and I have personally had success with them at both! Can't say enough! Steve and his team are the one stop shop!

Took my computer in with a possible hard drive failure. I spoke to Kyle and explained everything. He was very professional and put me at ease. A few days later I have my computer back and everything is working perfectly. No data is missing and running very quickly. Highly recommend this business.

Collin Korte at BTS did an excellent job assisting me with choosing a new home office computer set up. He did a home delivery/set up. He made sure I understood the new equipment and functions. He ensured my needs were met and worked on problem solving when things needed a tweak due to my miscommunication. I am very pleased with the whole process. BTS will be monitoring my computer to ensure no security concerns as well and that gives me a sense of comfort. Very highly recommend!
