We took my 2 1/2 year old to get a hair cut with Erica, he had previously had a bad experience at another hair salon. She took the time to explain to him what she was doing and try to comfort him. On short notice Erica got me in for a fun style. She did a great job. It looked beautiful. For about an hour. Then no fault to her AT ALL. The little elastics popped. Like all of them. Because of my thick hair. Not only was Erica willing to redo my hair she was so apologetic when it wasn’t even her fault. I would HIGHLY Recommend her to anyone looking to get their hair done.
