I've been knowing Dashon for at least 30 years and had not seen him for over 20. Was informed very recent that he owns an HVAC company, not knowing I would need service so soon. I spoke with a representative late last night and Dashon was at my house before 10 a.m. the next morning. Dashon explained the issue and repaired the AC unit with ease and speed. One hour heating was a life saver for me. My furnace stopped working on 1/30/26 after 9pm. I called 3 places One Hour Heating was the ONLY one that was willing to come out. It was one of the coldest nights and it was after 10pm by the time I called. The owner Dashon himself came out and got me up and running. I was so afraid that the fee just for coming was going to be astronomical but it wasn’t. The part for my furnace wasn’t available until the next morning but he got it running until the next day.
