“This local studio is absolutely incredible. The owner Michelle is brilliant when it comes to the body. I came in with a ton of back, ankle, and hip pain from my years of gymnastics. Within a few classes and a couple of one-on-one stretches, we have been able to keep all of my pain at bay. I will continue to go back and am forever grateful. Plus, I have gotten back into shape!
