They worked with us from the beginning to the end, always answering phone calls, emails and constant questions. The crew was professional, on time and did some quality work, frequently involving us with questions or suggesting design changes. John, our Project Manager, was always there to help answer questions and making sure things were running smoothly. I am usually not impressed with services companies, but we were very happy and impressed with Custom Installations.“

“Highly recommend Alan and CasGo roofing. Had my cedar shake roof replaced with architectural shingles. Pricing was very reasonable and great communication from the estimate to completion. I got three separate estimates and CasGo roofing was the only one that checked the roof wood in my attic. Doing this, Alan discovered some mold because the venting in my attic was not done properly. He was able to recommend someone for my mold problem and fixed the venting as well when putting on my new roof. Alan and his team went above and beyond to make sure I was 110% happy with the job. “We went through a lengthy 7-month battle with our insurance company, who refused to replace our roof after a severe windstorm that compromised the entire integrity of our roof.Benito Micelli, our account rep from AmeriPro was relentless and invaluable in helping us navigate the entire claim process.He came out to our property multiple times, fielded dozens of calls, showed up for every inspection to meet with the field adjuster and even hoped onto conference calls with the insurance company to advocate on our behalf.This was us our first ever home claim, and without Benito, I am certain that we would not have a new roof and insurance would have ‘weaseled’ their way out of their responsibility.So, after a long 7-month process, we finally had our roof replaced and AmeriPro did a fantastic job.I might add that it’s important for the homeowner to keep meticulous documentation but having someone guide and serve as an ‘advisory’ through the process is critically important.I’ve read some of the other negative reviews and like any company, it’s the quality of the employee’s that will either make your experience positive or negative.
