I needed a custom railing to ensure people wouldn't get out of the chair and have a large step down and possibly fall. They came out to our home, saw what I needed, listened to what I wanted, took some measurements, and then made some great design suggestions. We went through a couple iterations of design and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. In the end, I had them install it and they got it done per the agreed upon date. They did a great job.
I have the greatest admiration for these people, they looked like coal miners in there working in no air conditioning with a forge running. They were very friendly, let me bang on their anvils and showed me how their power hammers work. Beautiful people.
I am a commissioner on a private street in the central west end. Recently someone crashed into our historic gates at one end of our street and mangled them. We received many bids from ironwork companies. Perpetua is the only company that was willing to rework\improve estore the original iron gate leaves. All other companies wanted to install new ironwork. Janet and John are master craftsman and restored the gates to better condition than they were before the accident. The original posts had to be replaced. They designed a post and hinge system that is in keeping with the original design of the gate and provided a creative hinge that is adjustable. They conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
