“I had to replace an octagonal window in my bathroom because the wood trim was rotting out. I was interested in replacing all my windows but couldn't do them all at once. The team who installed my windows (Kevin, Mike, and Caleb) came out and did the first three a few weeks ago, and then the remaining seven windows this week. The windows all look so good and I appreciate their attention to the trim work, showing me how to use my windows, and answering all of my questions.I have been a long time customer of Jacob Sunrooms, Exteriors, and Baths. They replaced my roof over a decade ago, they replaced all of my windows this spring, and soon they will replace my siding. “Wanted to share my experience with C&L Backhoe, who repaired and replaced my outside sewer issues I’d been having for quite some time. Couldn’t be anymore pleased with Jeff, the owner, and Luke, his son.They let me know what would take place and when, taking care of all prep work, including telling neighbors the day before that the street would be closed to through traffic, and not to park on the street, (as often happens), since a huge portion of the street was dug out deeply where my sewer connects with the city.They were not only very professional, and knowledgeable, but genuinely friendly, and most helpful to me explaining the process, doing even more than required than they had to by repairing the clean out area in my back yard that looked so bad from a service who damaged it accidentally, and Luke lowered the clean out pipe with a new cover so I’d not have that problem again.They worked very precisely and were extremely neat and orderly about all of their materials needed for the job in my yard.Was hard to believe I’d be able to use water so quickly, but I did in less than 3 hours from starting which was much appreciated!Now I’m only waiting for the 2 months (approximation), time Maura gave me for someone to return to fill the area in with more dirt as it’s been settling since the job was done in July, and if necessary will lower the pipe that’s extended out of the ground. I didn’t know if that was my own responsibility or not, and Maura let me know they’ll definitely be back to finish that for me.I could not refer ANYONE more than C&L. For something I knew very little to nothing about, (but sure do now), and have had several other companies here over a period of a couple years since buying my home, I feel they were the very best company for me and for this job.I’d recommend them to anyone, and no I wasn’t paid for my review! I believe in giving credit where credit is most definitely due, because oftentimes we don’t mention when we’re pleased with a company nearly as much as we do when we complain!No complaints here! “The business side is lacking due to unanswered calls etc. But the installers are kick-butt guys. When your fence is done, it looks great. Would help if they had office staff to answer questions more timely. I was not sure when my work would be done. Even the day scheduled had issues with workers arriving quite late due to prior customer demands. I was not notified of what was happening. If they polished the business side... they'd be hard to beat. My patio is literally 8 ft over from my neighbor. He & I both agreed it needed addressed.
