“I had three large and 3 smaller rugs cleaned by Mr. Mora at Heirloom. His level of care is amazing! The rugs look like new, including one that had a raggedy edge. They repaired it and the 40 year old rug looks great.
Heirloom even offered to remove the sticky rubber patches left by a large deteriorating rug pad! Ugh!

A rug that had been stretched out of square by another cleaner is now square and lies flat.
The crew carefully moved the furniture off the rugs and put it back just where we wanted it.

“Wow, I am thoroughly impressed. Jason was extremely professional from the start, came with all of the right equipment, wore shoe covers, laid paper down in entryway to place his equipment on, etc. It's clear Jason cares and will treat your home like his own.

We had our basement carpet and staircase runner cleaned, and I let him do his thing as I didn't want to step on the carpet while it was drying. I ended up checking things out after it dried and the quality of the work was amazing.

I've never seen such perfect vacuum lines in my entire life. Jason was super friendly too!
