I have had wool rugs for many years and recently decided to try someone closer to home. I was a little nervous since some of my rugs are over 100 years old, but Heirloom immediately put me at ease. They recognized the age and quality of the rugs right away and clearly know how to properly care for them. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and the rugs came back looking beautiful. I’ll definitely be using Heirloom again.
I had three large and 3 smaller rugs cleaned by Mr. Mora at Heirloom. His level of care is amazing! The rugs look like new, including one that had a raggedy edge. They repaired it and the 40 year old rug looks great.
Heirloom even offered to remove the sticky rubber patches left by a large deteriorating rug pad! Ugh!
A rug that had been stretched out of square by another cleaner is now square and lies flat.
The crew carefully moved the furniture off the rugs and put it back just where we wanted it.
I am a very happy customer and the prices seem reasonable!
