I had a great experience with Heirloom as they expertly repaired a hand-knotted oriental rug my cats had gotten to. I thought that the damage would either be beyond repair, or that any repair would be very noticeable. I was wrong. I can't even tell that it was repaired. The part they repaired is like new. The whole service experience was pain free and the pricing was reasonable and transparent. Highly recommended for repair and cleaning.

Vicki & Roberto at Heirloom provide good, old-fashioned personal service matched with experience and professionalism. The five rugs they just cleaned for us came back bright & fresh with colors looking vibrant & new. A few older rugs needed repair. Heirloom did that too, adding years to the life of these rugs. Communication was excellent. When you call a real person, who is interested in helping you answers. So nice.

I totally recommend Heirloom. When I contacted them to clean 2 Oriental rugs, everything (costs, options, schedule) were explained and there were no surprises on either pickup or delivery. And, most importantly, the rugs looked greater when they were returned. Everyone I dealt w/ professional, informed, and accommodating.
