“Great from estimate to follow up!
Estimate was spot on including repair to soffit and fascia.
Roof removal was done efficiently but in a way to keep the mess to a minimum including the use of tarps to keep nails out of yard. Good materials were used for underlayment and shingles (GAF).
I watched the team work occasionally and everything was done properly and efficiently.
Work also included installing a power vent which was nice.
Roof is now perfect as are the new gutters.
I like that only what needed to be replaced was replaced which may also explain why this was the lower of my two bids AND included extra service!
Lastly the week later follow up was nice because I got to see how it all worked in the rain and that the power vent worked well.
