Shingles were curling badly on the south side and the gutters were filling with granules, so it was clear the roof was reaching the end of its life. They explained that honestly instead of suggesting another temporary repair. They replaced the roof, updated the vents and pipe boots, and cleaned everything up afterward. The gutters are staying cleaner and the attic ventilation has improved.
