These guys were great! They were able to accommodate a last minute request when our home had an emergent situation. Tim not only did a fantastic job with assessing our furnace, water heater and piping, but also helped educate me in what and why he was assessing what he did. Craig has some great guys that work with him and I absolutely recommend reaching out to them for help.
Prompt, attentive and complete customer service. Craig received a no cooling concern about a 15 year old Carrier AC system he personally installed. He sent his lead technician Tim to evaluate the situation and repaired the leak and addressed overdue maintenance issues on the furnace in one visit. RH Witt stands behind there products and are more than fair with their pricing. I highly recommend them for all HVAC needs.
Highly recommend ! We had RH Witt install a stainless steel chimney liner. Craig in sales visited to discuss & provided the detailed written estimate for aluminum or stainless. We recd several estimates; their prices were competitive. Jack & Steve installed it. Craig was on site at the start & stopped by several times. Overall a great experience - nice men, work done effectively, good communication, A+
