“Not sure why this place doesn’t have over 4 stars. I’ve been going for almost 4 years for cosmetic treatments and I honestly wouldn’t trust another doctor with my face at this point. From reception to the health team, they’re all really nice. Sorry other people haven’t had as great of an experience. I will say I do prefer the glencoe location over the Lincolnshire (not just due to location) but also the office seems nicer : newer .“

“I cannot recommend Nurse Anna and the team at Aesthetic Beauty Lounge enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff up front were so welcoming and friendly, helping me feel right at home. They even offered me water, and the warm, inviting energy immediately put me at ease. This was my first time getting any aesthetic work done, and I was definitely nervous. When Nurse Anna came in, she handed me a mirror and took the time to defer to my preferences, asking what I wanted to work on rather than pushing her own agenda. She could tell I was a little anxious and patiently walked me through the entire process, answering all of my questions about aftercare, dos and don'ts, and what to expect. What really sets Nurse Anna apart is how much she truly cares. She's not just trying to sell you treatments or push products. She's honest and upfront, telling you what you need (and what you don't need), which made me feel confident I was in the right hands. After my treatment, I had some slight bruising (which I knew was normal). I texted her late in the evening as a precaution, just to check and make sure it wasn't anything unusual. To my surprise, she called me right away to reassure me, explaining why bruising happens and walking me through what to watch for. I felt bad for reaching out so late, but she reassured me that my safety and comfort were her top priorities. As for the results? Absolutely stunning! Everything looks so natural, and I'm thrilled with how it turned out. Nurse Anna's skill, kindness, and dedication to her patients make her a standout in this field. If you're considering getting anything done, do yourself a favor and book with Nurse Anna--you won't regret it!“

“I had such a great experience at this spa, I booked a one-hour massage and a one-hour facial with two different professionals, and both were outstanding.

Massage (1 hour):
Rebekah was incredibly skilled and attentive. She took time at the beginning to ask about tension areas and customized the session to exactly what I needed. The pressure was perfect, and she really focused on my shoulders and back where I carry the most stress. I left feeling completely relaxed, looser, and re-energized. It was the perfect balance of therapeutic and calming.

Facial (1 hour):
My esthetician Allie was just as amazing. The facial was thorough, gentle, and deeply relaxing. She explained the products being used and tailored everything to my skin type. My skin felt noticeably smoother and hydrated.

Both were professional, welcoming and kind, it made the experience itself peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend booking both services, it made for the perfect self-care day, and I’ll definitely be back!“

“Been going here since 2020. My fave tech is Amara. Always very thorough and super friendly. She is always very accommodating with my schedule even though the front desk doesn't really like it. Their attitude could use some work The place is very clean and their new location really steps it up a bit. They do have great deals during Thanksgiving week. Their prices are fair compared to other places.“
