She explains every movement clearly and offers modifications for different stages of pregnancy, so I always feel safe and confident during class.

These classes have made such a difference in my pregnancy. They really help with my back pain, and I always leave feeling so relaxed and refreshed. The one-hour class goes by so quickly because I enjoy it so much I honestly wish I could attend 2–3 times a week!
