Anything can be customized for your benefit: the aestheticians recommend specific treatments even at the time of the appointment to ensure perfect skincare options for YOU, the massage therapists love your feedback and modify your massages to what YOU need, and even the infrared sauna can be adjusted if you wanted to only have the heat or red light on.<br><br>The aestheticians are incredibly knowledgeable about the science behind your skin and the products they sell so that they can curate the perfect customized skincare routine for you.<br><br>My aesthetician, Liz, answered all of my questions and explained how the recommended products would make the most sense to achieve the results I wanted for my skin. The facial itself is so relaxing and I feel like a new person every time I leave.<br><br>Nim, Liz, and Jillian have all done my brows and they turned out exactly how I wanted and I’m very picky about my brows.<br><br>I also have asthma and allergies and the Halotherapy salt room is the best part of my week. The dim lighting and meditation music create the perfect vibes for a 45min nap and I breathe easier almost immediately. I’ve also noticed softer, less irritated skin.<br><br>I’ve even brought my family for a birthday spa day and they were so attentive to our party.<br><br>The perfect recharge destination.”

“I absolutely love this prenatal yoga class! Lisa is an amazing instructor she is kind, knowledgeable, patient, and always makes everyone feel comfortable and supported. She explains every movement clearly and offers modifications for different stages of pregnancy, so I always feel safe and confident during class.<br><br>These classes have made such a difference in my pregnancy. They really help with my back pain, and I always leave feeling so relaxed and refreshed. The one-hour class goes by so quickly because I enjoy it so much I honestly wish I could attend 2–3 times a week!<br><br>The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and peaceful, and I always look forward to coming. “I’ve been here multiple times now, the prices and service have been excellent! The owner is very attentive to customer needs. My back was very sore after I threw it out picking up heavy metal on Friday (I’m in metal recycling). I hadn’t made an appointment, and the only time I could make work was Saturday between 11am - 12pm. There was no availability so the owner (also a massage therapist) filled in herself! This level of service deserves 5 stars! I noticed that Spa Harbor’s reviews had come down to 4.8 and I asked the owner what had happened. She confided in me that the one star review was from a customer requesting inappropriate services. As a business owner myself, I know how important good Google reviews are to a business’s success. It’s absolutely despicable that someone would do that to hurt a small family run business. This is a very well run business, do yourself a favor and get a massage here!”

“Keisha is totally amazing she was heaven sent.<br>After a mommy makeover I experienced seromas fibrosis massive fluid retention. Keisha has helped me. I just finished my 10th session with her. She worked out a package for me for 10 sessions very reasonably priced reliable and she was mobile. I wasn’t able to get in my own car and drive and she drove to me and helped heal me. I’ll be buying another 10 pack of massages to finish out my post operation but she’s my therapist for ever! Thanks Keisha!!!!!!”
