Needed to get tips and have never done dip before so didn’t know what to expect. Brought my daughter (8) with me. She loves pedicures, but is terrified of getting her toenails clipped and doesn’t like the pumice stone. The atmosphere was lovely. She also listens to podcasts on headphones (sensory issues) while getting her toes done with the massage chair on. Her tech was so great - laughed along with her as she was ticklish, didn’t mind the headphones, asked her when she needed to do something and gave her a heads up. Fresh nails is wonderful! Have been going to fresh nails for years and have received nothing but the most professional service from an amazing staff. Tuya has always accommodated my needs in terms of scheduling. Tia is a wonderful manicurist. She takes her Time and listens so she is able to meet your needs.
