Rachel, who is also the facility manager, is awesome, too. While she followed Olivia’s protocol, she added a little extra in nailing my trigger points. Plus, Rachel and Kristin, exposed me to dry needling. That procedure, while not the most pleasant, brought immediate relief to my over stressed traps.

There have been a succession of physical therapists - all well trained, knowledgeable, which have worked with me to achieve my goals. Most recently, I did shoulder prehap and post-reverse shoulder replacement rehab with Hess and after he departed Brian and Joe. All have been extremely helpful and after 6 months I'm ahead of the game at the midpoint of my recovery. They've been excellent on achieving mobility, range of motion, and strength goals.
