Rachel, who is also the facility manager, is awesome, too. While she followed Olivia’s protocol, she added a little extra in nailing my trigger points. Plus, Rachel and Kristin, exposed me to dry needling. That procedure, while not the most pleasant, brought immediate relief to my over stressed traps.
