Those sessions bore no relationship to the reality of my home environment, and in effect those sessions were useless.ActiveFit to the rescue. Jenny came to my home, studied my environment, watched me perform daily living tasks, and then created exercises that I could do in my home to help build up leg strength and flexibility. She created a whole series of exercises that I can do while using my walker. She designed exercises I can do using my lift chair. These are practical, safe exercises I can actually do in my home. I can not recommend ActiveFit more highly. Jenny was great.“
