From setting up the appointment, making payment arrangements, to seeing Dr. Garrigan, the whole staff was always concerned in making sure my needs were met. Dr. Garrigan was very personable and did an outstanding job of identifying and addressing my eye care. Kelly at the front desk was friendly and treated me with respect through the whole process and did an out standing job of customer service. Isabella also was very personable and knowledgeable in assisting Dr. Garrigan at my examination. A very pleasant experience, I would highly recommend this facility and the whole Gailey Eye Clinic team to anyone who needs expert and customer focused eye care.“

We were so lucky to have as our optical tech Katie to guide us through the selection process and then the insurance details at payment time To say that Katie was thorough, conscientious, professional, and kind, would be very true understating how truly fabulous she was with us. She was wonderful very easy to work with very patient and very understanding of not only the product but the process to get our new frames ordered. “I’ve been to eye dr before, but this is the first time I knew I would need to wear glasses. Everyone was nice and patient with me, as I know I wasn’t an easy patient lol. The dr took a lot of time with me because I was worried about getting the wrong prescription (as I had wrong prescription elsewhere).for the first time leaving a eye dr, I was confident I would get the correct prescription. The only downside was even though I had an appointment I had to wait a long time, but it was worth the wait, that’s why I’m still giving a 5*“
