Great place! Great doctors , to good staff! Doctors here actually care and want to help you, there is a lot of doctors I have seen and just , throw you medicine and say see you later 😡! Not this place, they go the extra mile! I recommend this office and these doctors that work here!
They are wonderful, from start to finish. One employee who really stands out is Ameer. He has done all of my Covid tests and he seriously is amazing---friendly, efficient, helpful, and really cares. He even called me after hours to give me the results of my test. Southwest Urgent Care is truly lucky to have Ameer!
I had a Covid-19 test (PCR) performed at Southwest Urgent Care. They were very friendly, answered my questions over the phone. Once I parked in the lot, I was told to call and I they would come to the parking lot. They did, but I was little concerned that they didn't have any identifiable information for the swab that was used. They just put it back in the wrapper that it came out of. I did ask, but again I was the only one there. They called me the next day with the results of the PCR test.
