If I could give this place Zero stars I would. I waited hours to be seen, which is expected because it is the emergency room, but what wasn’t acceptable was when they did take me to the back they had me sitting in a bed in the hall the whole time. Nobody came to check on me and I was not listened to about my pain. There were multiple instances where I was supposed to be in imaging or elsewhere, but I was put aside and told they were looking for me. They did what they wanted to do not what I needed as the patient. I will never go here again if I have control.
All 5 stars go to the amazing ER tech Damien. He is very kind, compassionate and respectful. I really appreciate his great spirit and attitude. He checked up on me a couple of times to see if I need anything and he made sure I am comfortable. He made me feel that he really cares about his patients. He said he is new here and for somebody who is just 3 days in, he is doing an awesome job. Thank you Damien!!!
SHUT THIS HOSPITAL DOWN or Get all new Staff plus more . Short staffed they take hours to come clean your room or give you food! Blood was leaking from IV it’s been 2 hrs they say someone would come change it still has not! Have been told several times that several different nurses would come change …
