Brought my daughter in because she wasn’t feeling well. Due to a upset stomach. The nurse said what do you want me to do about it! Very rude tone of voice and said there’s nothing I can do about that. So I left and traveled to hazel crest for better service. Because of my HMO plan. This unfortunately wasn’t the first time, l live only five minutes away in oak lawn. Sad story

The staff was great but Dr. Clarence Abella was horrible! I had to take my Dad in for a scar and Dr. Clarence has no bedside manners...he didn't even introduce himself. Came right in, said what he thought the issue was without even really examining anything. I had to ask him if he was going to clean the scar and he didn't even put on gloves before he opened an alcohol pad and tried to swipe it over an open sore. He then pointed to where the bandages were instead of properly dressing the scar. He wasn't even in the room for 3 minutes. He prescribed antibiotics and sent us on the way. Seems like he's only interested in how much money he can make instead of truly caring...read full review

Doctor's are not adequate to provide the right services. Waited on Xrays results for 3 days. I literally had to go back in person and get the results. For the doctor to say if I am pain to follow up with my doctor. Horrible
