OSF OnCall Urgent Care provides prompt and professional care to its patients. The team is pleasant and helpful, working to resolve health concerns with the best possible solutions. Appointments are respected, and patients can expect to be seen quickly, with some visits lasting under 30 minutes. The modern and clean facility is staffed by friendly and knowledgeable professionals, including Nurse Practitioners, who take the time to answer patients' questions.
The entire visit and staff were great. I love CPA Nora Murphy, she is great, very kind and shows her concern to patients. I been seen by her a couple of times before,I highly recommend OSF OnCall Urgent Care.
The wait was less than 10 minutes. The electronic questionnaire was filled reducing the time spent with the provider. The nurse and the provider discussed my concerns with me. Examination was done with care. I felt heard and cared for. Loved the demeanor of the nurse and provider. Everyone was very nice and professional. Not my first time there. Last time was the same. Please continue to provide this valuable service to people who can get definitive care without having to go to the hospital emergency rooms and spend hours waiting to be treated or seen.
Amazing experience and quick. Candace was very personable and efficient. Doctor de Venecia was very thorough and detailed regarding all options of care. Will continue to visit this location.
