“I called Sam the afternoon we discovered a frozen pipe had burst and flooded our commercial office space (about 1,000 sq. ft.). He stoped by that evening and reviewed what needed to be done so his crew could come in the next morning and begin to work. He came with the crew the next morning to remove the carpets, wood molding and bottom 1.5 feet of drywall that were saturated by the flooding and set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry the place out. Sam and his crew were professional and easy to work with. Sam worked seamlessly with my insurance company providing them with the information they needed to expedite the claims process. We then hired Sam and his crew to do the repairs...Insulating, replacing and finishing the drywall, painting the walls and replacing the carpet. They did a fabulous job! “Parker & sons saved me today! I had actually scheduled another service and was cancelled on late second. These guys were able to get me in same day. They were super professional and very friendly. I had a sectional and area rug to clean for the first time since having a baby who is now a toddler. The pandemic delayed any cleaning we could do so you can imagine how messy the living room rug and couch would be! They left everything looking like new.
