“We used Midwest Radon Services for a mitigation install after our home inspection showed elevated radon levels (6.5 pCi/L). Carlton led the install and was professional and easy to work with throughout — even when our dog barked at him nonstop, he handled it with a good attitude. There were a couple of hiccups along the way (a service switch got bumped during the work, which briefly knocked out our AC, and one of the wall penetrations needed a follow-up visit to seal properly), but the team was responsive and came back to make it right without hassle. Most importantly, our radon levels have dropped dramatically post-install — well within the safe range on our own monitor.
