I contacted Scott to help repair a leak after a different roofing company had failed to repair it and had failed to respond to attempts to contact them. Scott came out within a few days to inspect the roof and quickly identified the source of the leak while also helping us figure out how a squirrel was accessing the crawl space below our roof. Only a few days later, Scott and his team came back to both fix the leak and remove the access point for the squirrel. Scott was professional, courteous, responsive, and took time to explain exactly what he and his crew would be fixing (including sharing pictures of the impacted areas). I had a small repair job on my home that needed to be done quickly. I had a very hard time finding someone to even come and give me an estimate sooner than two weeks. Scott answered my call and came out the same day. He took care of the repair plus he made other small touch-ups while he was up there.Service: Roof repair
I hired back in 2006 to replace the roof a 4-unit town home building. Scott is easy to work with and makes sure that his clients are happy with the work performed. I moved last year and was in my home 10 months before I realized I had some gutter issues that needed to be addressed. The first company I called was Protop. They are prompt and professional. The crew asked me to verify that they had addressed everything that was to be done. Protop is honest and reliable and stands behind their work. If you need roofing, gutters, downspouts, or any other construction work done, don't hesitate to hire Protop.
