Roofwerks Illinois

Roofwerks Illinois did an excellent job on a house. The owner is very knowledgeable and gave a very reasonable quote. Customers highly recommend Roofwerks and found the owner awesome to work with the entire way through—super helpful, responsive, and made sure customers were happy with everything. One customer had a bit of an emergency situation and was grateful to find Roofwerks. After recent storms in early August, a section of roof required replacing, and adjacent to that area was an old satellite dish that other service providers had declined to remove once they saw how challenging it was to get up to that area of the roof. The owner promptly texted an easy checklist of things to send him so that he could understand the scope, price it out, and match the shingles. The entire process from first contact to job completion was less than two weeks, and customers were incredibly satisfied with the communication, craftsmanship, care for the home, and the end result. Several shingles were replaced due to damage from a tree and roof age. They did an excellent job and the roof is not leaking anymore. Quick, friendly, prompt inquiry response and arrival time. Pricing was good as well as quoted for a near future roof replacement cost. Highly recommend if you want someone reliable who will answer your questions.
