“IMHO, the timbre of the reception desk would be better if it leaned toward being calm instead of chipper. It's great to be cheerful, but when I have a headache, I'd rather encounter soothing.The massage rooms are grey, which for me is a depressing colour. Lavender, or a dusty lavender, would be more pleasant, and better match the store's logo.Still, the massage quality is so good that I bought a membership. Corinne is my go-to for working down tight calf muscles. She also found a knot at the small of my back that I didn't even realize was bothering me; I felt much better after she took care of it.You also get a bottle of water on your way out the door.Be advised that when you have a membership, gifting a massage to a friend is not straight forward. You must navigate several options. And there is a $10 "transfer" fee which I believe is beyond the individual store's control (basically, Massage Envy gets $10 when an employee does 30 seconds of data entry). This is still better than giving a gift card, because it doesn't happen until the recipient actually uses the service.Overall, good quality where it counts.“

Most importantly, Amy T. is an incredible massage therapist and Tahlia is amazing at facials. Thankful for both of them. They are the reason I keep coming back. “Jessica is ahhhhmazing. If you know you know ,if you don't well then I feel sorry for you and you should.. She makes you feel comfortable, she's good at what she does and she talks you through it. It may be a bit pricier than other places but for me I'd rather pay a little extra to have somebody like Jessica take care of me. ? you girl!!“
